NYS home care workers advocate for Medicaid reform

Home care workers and Democratic State Senator Gustavo Rivera rallied at the New York State Capitol to remove Medicaid long-term care from private insurers and save the state $3 billion a year with the Home Care Savings and Reinvestment Act.
