NYSDOT wins award for bridge strike, flash flood response

The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) has received national recognition for two emergency bridge projects in Hamilton and Saratoga counties. The department received the 2026 "Owner of the Year" award for its rapid response to a 2024 bridge strike and 2023 flash floods.
