O’Fallon mayor apologizes for controversial remarks caught on hot mic

A proposed development agreement for a sports complexes between the city of O’Fallon and its developers failed by a close vote two weeks ago, and at that meeting Mayor Bill Hennessy’s choice words toward his fellow councilmembers who voted it down were picked up on a hot mic.
