Oceanside International Film Festival kicks off with global, local surf films

The Oceanside International Film Festival returns for its 15th year, kicking off with "Surf Saturday" at The Brooks Theatre, featuring four lineups of nonfiction surf films and Q&A discussions, and continuing through the week with various events and screenings.
