Officials discuss Schenectady County Community College flooding

Schenectady County Community College closed Wednesday for the third time in the past month due to flooding in the rear parking lot. Patrick Ryan, the executive vice president of Administration and Finance at SUNY Schenectady, says the flooding has been an ongoing issue.
