One in custody for double homicide in Montgomery County

A man in his 40s is in custody in the Village of Fort Plain after calling Montgomery County Dispatch and reporting that he had an incident with his parents. Fort Plain Police Department Chief Kevin Collins confirmed that the incident was a homicide of a husband and wife in their 70s.
