OPD: Odessa man arrested in connection with two business burglaries, meth found

Christopher Jim Dominguez was arrested and charged with burglary, possession of a controlled substance, and criminal trespass after police responded to two burglaries in Odessa, Texas and found him in possession of stolen property.
