Orange Co. homicide suspect released from hospital, charged

The man who led New York State Police on a manhunt earlier this month after he was believed to be connected to a homicide in Orange County has been charged. 32-year-old Thomas D. Ryan is accused of killing his father and setting his father's house on fire in Greenville on August 6.
