Ostrem found guilty in triple murder trial

SALEM, S.D. (KELO) - A jury has found Jay Ostrem guilty of three counts of first-degree murder. Ostrem is guilty of killing Paul Frankus, Zachary Frankus and Timothy Richmond in 2024 in Centerville.
