Ouachita Parish shooting investigation leads to arrests, recovery of stolen fireworks

OUACHITA PARISH, La. (KTVE/KARD) -- On July 6, 2026, at around 2 a.m., Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office Patrol Deputies responded to a reported shooting during a burglary at a fireworks stand on the 2100 block of Ticheli Road.
