Pennie extends 2026 health insurance open enrollment deadline

(WHTM) — There is now extra time to apply for health insurance coverage through Pennie, Pennsylvania's health insurance marketplace. The original deadline was yesterday, Dec. 15, which was to ensure health insurance coverage starts on New Year's Day. But now, Pennie's open enrollment period has been extended to Dec. 31.
