Pennsylvania Shooting That Wounded 9-Year-Old Girl Ruled Murder-Suicide, Prosecutors Say

EAST GOSHEN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — The Chester County District Attorney’s Office has determined that a shooting in East Goshen Township that left a 9-year-old girl wounded is now being investigated as a suicide.

The update comes several days after the shooting on Friday, Aug. 7, when authorities initially described the incident as isolated and assured residents there was no ongoing danger to the community.
