Peoria woman accused in Zzzquil deadly overdose could be released from jail

A Peoria woman accused of giving a fatal dose of over-the-counter sleep medicine to a 13-month-old boy should have been allowed to remain free pending trial, according to a 2-1 decision by the 4th District Appellate Court.
