Permian Paws in Need: helping West Texans keep their pets fed during hard times

The nonprofit Permian Paws in Need provides pet food and supplies to residents of Midland and Odessa struggling with rising costs and is scheduled to host its second annual Bags for Bowls fundraiser on August 15.
