Petitioners rush to get $140M bond on ballot in Box Elder County

The Box Elder School District is using a $140M Lease Revenue Bond to pay for different projects, including updating high schools and building a new elementary school. Petitioners, however, are rushing to get enough signatures to get that bond on the ballot.
