Philadelphia photographer creates cookbook preserving immigrant family recipes

Drawing inspiration from stories of immigrants, family and food, Philadelphia photographer Cielito Mercado Vivas has turned her lens toward the kitchen to create a new cookbook that aims to preserve cultural traditions.
