Philadelphia Stars memorial redesign revealed at Parkside community event

Major League Baseball and Phillies Charities, Inc. unveiled new design renderings Sunday morning for a reimagined Philadelphia Stars Negro League Memorial Park during a community dedication event in the Parkside section of Philadelphia.
