ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) — Formal charges have been filed against an Anderson woman police say shot and killed her teenage daughter believing she was an intruder.

Tia Holmes, 38, faces charges of reckless homicide, neglect of a dependent, and neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury in the fatal shooting of her 17-year-old daughter, Tianna Harris.
