Police arrest man connected to shooting that killed Southern University student

Zion Buck, 20, was arrested on Dec. 17 by the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force in connection with the shooting death of Donovan Pugh, 21, on Dec. 4 in the 7800 block of Scenic Highway.
