MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) - The Midland Police Department is seeking public assistance in identifying this suspect below. According to the Midland Crime Stoppers page, the suspect stole two fragrances at the ULTA inside the Midland Park Mall. If you recognize him, submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers.
