Police capture inmate that escaped from Lincoln County Detention Center

LINCOLN COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) said an inmate that escaped from the Lincoln County Detention Center in Carrizozo Tuesday morning has been captured.
