Police give update on kids, animals found in unsanitary Johnstown apartment

The Johnstown Police Department has provided an update on the two children and many animals found in an unsafe and unsanitary Johnstown apartment on July 22. Heather B. Lee, 34, and Brandon R. Gibson, 38 are facing multiple charges related to the case.
