Police ID suspect accused of stealing bus, leading police on chase through Las Vegas, killing motorcyclist

Jalen Felton, 24, is facing nine charges, including DUI, reckless driving resulting in death, hit-and-run, kidnapping, disobeying a police officer, grand larceny, possession of a stolen vehicle, making false statements to police, and resisting an officer, after allegedly stealing a Salvation Army bus and killing a motorcyclist in a high-speed chase in Las Vegas.
