Police searching for man wanted in death, shooting on Kauai

Kauaʻi police are searching for William "Billy" Sinclair, 51, of Kīlauea, in connection with a homicide and a shooting, and are warning residents to call 911 if they spot him as he is considered armed and dangerous.
