Poor water supply delays Morgan County firefighters in vacant residence blaze

Morgan County firefighters responded to a residential structure fire in Stoddard at 3 p.m. on Sunday, but an inadequate water supply delayed extinguishment until 5 p.m., according to Morgan County Fire and EMS.
