Portion of Hwy 178 closed due to weather

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A portion of Highway 178 is closed Thursday due to weather, according to Caltrans. Highway 178 from Kelso Valley Road to Highway 14 were reported to be closed as of about 10:43 a.m. Officials said there is no estimated time of reopening.
