Power restored after morning outage in Cameron County

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A power outage that affected more than 1,000 customers in parts of Cameron County on Monday morning has been restored. The power outage began shortly after 7 a.m. on Monday, affecting approximately 1,389 customers in Harlingen, San Benito, and Rio Hondo. Power was restored one hour after the outage occurred.
