Proof of citizenship, private voter records made public in Utah's new 'omnibus' elections bill

An elections bill with at least a dozen changes is being proposed in the Utah Senate, combining several bills pending in the House that would require proof of citizenship to vote in Utah elections and require voters to give a reason for keeping their records private.
