PSP: Central Pennsylvania man accused of raping, strangling woman inside her home

JUNIATA COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- A central Pennsylvania man was charged with robbery and rape this week after a woman was allegedly sexually assaulted inside her Juniata County home, according to court documents filed this week.
