PSP 'Ten Most Wanted' list includes those wanted for murder, rape

PENNSYLVANIA (WTAJ) -- Pennsylvania State Police have updated its "Ten Most Wanted" list. The list was updated after Lamont Sparrow, of Philadelphia, wanted for arson, was arrested.
