Purdue falls to top-ranked Michigan

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WISH) — No. 7 Purdue lost to No. 1 Michigan, 91-80.

Purdue trailed 48-32 at halftime. Purdue played better in the second half, cutting the lead to eight with just over two minutes remaining, but the comeback fell short.

Next up for the Boilermakers is a rivalry matchup against IU. Tipoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. on Friday at Mackey Arena.
