Push to expand homeless services in Clarksville-Montgomery County

Leaders of Clarksville’s Urban Ministries have a new proposal to help solve the problem. Right now, they help operate this warming shelter out of the Madison Street Methodist Church. But they explain, it's only used during emergencies, and those who stay have to leave first thing in the morning.
