'Quadruple win' says Rhoden of Smithfield move

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- South Dakota Gov. Larry Rhoden says Smithfield's decision to move out of downtown Sioux Falls is a "quadruple win" for South Dakota.
