Rain and storms take a break, turning windy into Friday

ST. LOUIS - So far, four tornadoes have been confirmed in Illinois from Wednesday morning’s storms. They include an EF-1 tornadoes in Grafton, Moro, and in the Lenzburg/Fayetteville area.
