Rally at Capitol for winter eviction ban and other tenant protections

Housing advocates and Democratic lawmakers rallied at the New York State Capitol to demand the passage of three tenant protection bills, including a winter eviction ban, a ban on lawsuits against tenants from landlords with code violations, and better legal representation for renters.
