Ranchers deal with flooding near Rocky Canyon Fire burn scar

The Rocky Canyon Fire burned more than 16,000 acres in Morgan and Summit counties, impacting ranchers who rely on the area to graze livestock. Now, some of those same ranchers are dealing with flooding.
