Recovery specialists riding along with Lancaster County officers on New Year's Eve

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — It's common for law enforcement agencies to increase DUI patrols on New Year's Eve. This year, recovery and peer specialists from Blueprints for Addiction Recovery are riding along with five different police departments.
