Recycle Bicycle Harrisburg founder dies

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- The founder of Recycle Bicycle Harrisburg, Ross Willard, died over the weekend, the organization announced. Willard founded Recycle Bicycle in 2001.
