Red Rock, Gold Strike sites of 4 weekend helicopter rescues

Metro Search and Rescue's AIR3 helicopter responded to at least four incidents over the weekend at Red Rock Canyon and Gold Strike Canyon. Three of AIR3's rescues involved injured hikers or climbers, and the fourth brought out climbers at Juniper Canyon at Red Rock after the group's rope got stuck while they were rappelling.
