Reese Ross transfers to Baylor

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- Rapid City native Reese Ross is transferring to Baylor. She played three seasons at Utah and posted career-highs of nine points and eight rebounds this season while starting all 30 games she played in for the Utes.
