Rep. Blake Moore speaks out about effort to repeal Proposition 4

As the effort to repeal Proposition 4 seems to be on track with getting enough signatures, Rep. Blake Moore is speaking out as a former co-chair of Better Boundaries, urging the organization to stop working to remove signatures and instead let Utahns vote on it.
