Rep. Clay Higgins cites 'urgency' in resolving crawfish labor shortage

With Louisiana crawfish processors facing severe labor shortages due to federal immigration caps during the harvesting season, Rep. Clay Higgins (R-Lafayette) said he's trying to instill a sense of urgency in getting federal regulators to grant exceptions to the caps.
