Republican lawmaker hopes to honor Charlie Kirk at colleges through 'debate courtyards' named after influencer

A new bill, sponsored by Sen. Mark Pody (R-Lebanon), would require public colleges and universities in the state to install a “Charlie Kirk Memorial Courtyard for Civil Debate” on campus.
