Rescuers rappel into deep canyon on Virgin River to rescue kayaker

A distress call from a kayaker stuck in a steep canyon prompted a rescue operation in the Arizona Strip region of Mohave County late last week. The 44-year-old man was brought out uninjured, according to the Mohave County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue team.
