Retail customers file lawsuits over tariffs against FedEx and Ray-Bans maker

At least two retail customers pursuing tariff-related refunds have filed proposed class-action lawsuits in U.S. courts against companies that also sued to recoup costs from the import taxes the U.S. Supreme Court ruled President Trump imposed without the legal authority to do so.
