The owner of a Rotterdam homebuilding business has pleaded guilty to grand larceny in the first degree in connection with a complex check-kiting scheme. Paul Hodorowski, owner of Hodorowski Homes LLC, accepted a plea deal on Wednesday following a New York State Police investigation.
