Russellville parents facing charges for abusing 7-year-old son due in court

Chris and Katelyn Freeman of Pope County, Arkansas are facing charges for the abuse of their seven-year-old son, who was hospitalized for malnutrition and allegedly kept in a closet for extended periods while tied with a rope.
