HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- The fireworks show in Harrisburg came to an early end due to "safety concerns," the city said in a Facebook post Thursday.
The show, described as one of the largest displays in the Midstate, had begun at 9:15 p.m.
"Due to safety concerns, we are ending the fireworks early," the city wrote in a Facebook post. "Please exit the area calmly. We apologize, but we want to take precaution."
