Salt Lake City protesters call on Congress to rein in presidential war powers

A rally took place in Salt Lake City Monday. The protest was planned before the United States performed a military operation and took Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro into custody, but now, organizers said that it's more relevant than ever.
