San Diego Airport: Flight delays due to high demand, low clouds

Many flights at the San Diego International Airport were delayed Monday morning and afternoon due to low cloud ceilings and increased demand, according to the FAA. Flights leaving before 9:15 a.m. were delayed by 30 to 45 minutes, while later in the day, delays were expected to be around 16 to 30 minutes or longer.
